Restaurants and cafes with sea views in Barcelona

The sun of Catalonia is gradually getting warmer, and we certainly don’t want to sit indoors after a year of quarantine. Therefore,  just before the season, we decided to take you through our favourite courtyards and cafes overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy wonderful summer days in the cool comfort and fresh air of the terraces.

Velissima
The recently opened Italian restaurant Velissima is located in Barcelona’s Marina Vela harbor. This restaurant has a huge “dream terrace” where you can enjoy great food overlooking the port with its emerald water and white yacht

Can Fisher
A modern seafood restaurant located on the Playa Nova Icaria beach. Featuring a wonderful sea view, huge terrace with greenery, serving several types of paella, fish and seafood.
If suddenly there are no places in this restaurant, then Xiringuito Escribà, which has been popular for many years, is also nearby with paella and seafood.

Wet Deck
A fun music cocktail terrace on the Wet Deck from the W Hotel in Barcelona.
If you like pool parties with a DJ, champagne and sea views, then this is the place for you.
Check their website’s entry rules and event schedule as soon as the hotel terrace is operational after quarantine.

Surf House Barcelona
Green terrace on the Barceloneta beach with breakfasts, smoothies, mocktails and cocktails, you can go right after your swim. Lots of healthy modern meals and snacks. Nearby there is a surf club where you can rent a SUP with an instructor, and in the evenings couples gather at the cafe to dance salsa. Nice, sunny, relaxed beach cafe atmosphere.
